We looked at lots of venues, and Ballara had a quaint and charming feel to it that we both immediately loved. They also offered a morning package which suits the age range of our guests better and could accommodate the date which was important to us. And they were helpful and great to work with. The venue is where the photography took place.

How we met:
We met during covid by chance online, and then for a coffee in person as soon as lockdown rules lifted. We both thought highly of each other and knew that we were on to a good thing! We were then immediately plunged into another lockdown so dating was weird having to instantly consider ourselves as being in a relationship to be allowed to see each other, and dating at home. But we knew we wanted to be together, and made it work!
The Proposal:
11th December 2022 Michael proposed at Blue Lake in Ocean Grove. We both felt very excited and happy, and still feel the same way in the lead up to our wedding! Our wedding day is our 5 year anniversary.
