If you’re dreaming of a beach wedding, the RACV Resort in Inverloch is a pure magical venue! Recently, I photographed a stunning wedding that was full of love and laughter.

The ceremony took place in the resort’s events room, where the couple exchanged heartfelt vows with the great view of the ocean in the background. It was the perfect blend of romance and seaside charm, making everyone feel like they were part of something truly special.

Shooting at RACV Inverloch Resort was a total highlight floor to ceiling windows poured ocean light over panoramic Bass Strait views while the modern architecture added sleek contrast to that coastal charm. I hopped between stills and video, capturing everything from heartfelt “I do” moments overlooking the bushland and surf, to relaxed laughter in the elegant Panorama room and candid portraits on the shore. With breathtaking photo ops indoors and out, it was one of those days where every shot felt effortless—and unforgettable.

We couldn’t be happier with Andrew from Passion8 photography! We did telephone consults to work out the details of our special day and met him on the day of our wedding. We loved his upbeat and cheeky personality, it was a great fit for us! Especially as we both feel awkward in front of the camera. Andrew was able to relax us and get some great photos, also doubling as a maternity shoot with some gorgeous ‘bump’ photos as I was 26 weeks pregnant at the time! His local knowledge of our location and venue was invaluable as we looked to him to guide us for some heartwarming family photos on the beach at Inverloch and the around the grounds of our reception centre. I don’t know how he turned a 12 degree, stormy and windy day into the most stunning shots, but he did! Andrew’s warmth and professionalism shone through the whole night, keeping us informed and entertained. We also have some lovely photos of our guests, one of which (my husband’s sister) who has since passed and thanks to Andrew, we have lovely memories of her at our wedding also.
